The Big Cheese is Here!

Our latest arrival is a 1,100-pound Auricchio Provolone from Cremona, Italy. At over 12 feet long, it's the largest cheese ever shipped to the United States. It took 11,000 pounds of milk to make this massive cheese, and seven men and 300 feet of rope to wrap it.

Our Auricchio Provolone will be on display through December 2010, when it will be cut and sold. You have to see it to believe it - so come on in!
